life like art

American artist Carole A. Feuerman’s life-like sculpture entitled Survival of Serena.

Note…the little girl in the picture is real and I can’t blame her for wanting to touch it.  I never understood artist who will spend a great amount of time in creating something to look as realistic as possible and then not wanting people to touch it.   Personally, I can get just as much or even more sensation from feeling something…how about you?

I’ve always felt that THIS type of art was shown through the; imagination, expression and dream of artist who designs these masterpieces….it’s DEEP my thought, but that’s how I view it. I can completely understand how they SPEND timeeeeeeeeeeeeeee perfecting these type of art ideas it’s amazing, inspring, alluring and just makes you wonder, what are the thoughts, dreams, ambitions that surf their mind as they create such art. I probably wouldn’t touch ANY of these masterpieces, for some reason they ALL seem like they’ll wake up and do something crazy, what I don’t know—maybe sing/dance/yell???…my imagination now uh lol.

I agree. In certain situations, feeling and/or touching is the only sensation you need to find meaning…
