Man… I usually think of a true friend as someone I trust, someone that will stand by my side even if I’m MIA for a year, and act like nothing happened when I come back. Someone that allows me to grow in whichever direction I want to without negative criticism. Someone that supports me but won’t hesitate to call me out on some bullshit. A true friend to me is someone than effectively reflects who you are back at you, without any distortions.
Put it this way… I don’t usually talk about what I consider a friend because feelings would be hurt!
