    At first glance I thought; “If this guy can afford a laptop why the heck is he homeless?” But as I thought deeper about your title I began to see it in a different way. He might have had that laptop before he fell on hard times and became homeless,and that may be one of his last possesions (that he hasnt’t pawned or sold) that serve as a constant reminder that he still is a part of society. Apicture is worth a thousand words.

    he probably found that somewhere, where someone acidentally left it.

    and i hope he has food for that dog, i’m sure he’s fine but it makes me sad :-(

    the man looks comfortable on the sleeping bag though, i wonder whats in all those trash bags?

    i wish he had a home or family thatd help him.
