compliment or insult???

Here’s the US President as Barack the Barbarian in a new comic book. Chicago-based Devil’s Due Publishing will publish the comic in June, featuring Obama as the muscle-bound, loincloth-wearing president of ‘Kickassistan’…
…In the cartoon, he takes on his nemesis, Sarah Palin, who sports a wolf skin cape and her trademark glasses – and very little else. Obama will also feature in another book, ‘Drafted: One Hundred Days’, about an intergalactic war.

Insult. Obama is portrayed like a stereotype of a black male of the late 1800’s and early 1900’s, reducing him to a muscular animal. That is how slaveowners justified keeping slaves because to him they were only animals!
I think it’s racistic.
It makes me sad to see how public racism nowadays can be and people accepting it. even buying it!

Racist may not be the word, but it does seem to based on perceptions
It seems more sexist than racist to me
Either way, i think its funny, but i wouldnt go any farther than chuckling at the cover and moving on
