I must admit that I was somewhat skeptical at first in whether or not to post this quote.  My initial thought was it might come off as a little bit antagonistic for those who have traditional 9 to 5  jobs…which would be the furthest thing from my intent. Â
I ultimatley decided to post it because lately I’ve been meeting a lot of people who are experiencing an involuntary life transition (code word for being fired or laid off) due to this current recession.  History has shown that times like these are either an opportunity to stay the same or become better. Of course I’m all about becoming better, so it made since to continue to share quotes meant to spark those seeking to create a positive change in their lives.
The mere fact that it’s a timeless message as well as so relavant to what’s going on right now, I would’ve been going against myself if I didn’t post it…and you know I can’t do that…LOL!!! No, seriously…I can’t do that!!!

recently I told my friend (who is a blue collar worker) that in these recession times, having an education is the best (life-long) protection.
because jobs that a “body” can do, robots (in near future,) will do it better and faster.. (harder, better, faster, stronger, hahah)
..only what you can produce with your mind is worth so much more and unique and most of all… irreplaceable !
