Life can/will put it’s pressure on you at any given moment.  Unfortunately, most people develop a negative thought association to pressure.  For me, pressure is a positive because it means it’s a moment of transformation.  Now stress I don’t like because stress causes things to break.

One key point to remember in your pressure moments is to be very mindful of what you’re comparing the moment to.   Although it can always be better…it can always also be worse!  That perspective is all up to you.

    I agree whole heartedly. So much of our suffering is self-inflicted and could be cured with a simple change of perspective. Looking at life in the big picture and practicing gratitude are invaluable tools to happiness and success.
