in your minds eye, what does the boogeyman look like?

The boogeyman is a legendary ghost-like monster that has no specific appearance and conceptions of the monster can vary drastically even from household to household within the same community.  He has simply become an amorphous embodiment of terror that resides in the mind of the believer.

So I ask again, what does the boogeyman look like to you?
