I found it reductivist and off. Earth=brilliant and unbelievable irrespective of relative size. Showing the immensity of the whole doesn't take away from amazement of that which is smaller. Also, we're not monkeys. We're a different species. Repeating that we are over and over again comes across heavy-handed and simple. Last note: many homo sapiens sapiens' can be happy.
