I would say at church and after leaving church on Sunday, after leaving prayer on Tuesdays and after leaving bible class on Thursday. Now I am relaxed after a long hot meditative shower since it seems that is the closes I have got to satisfaction in a year. I use to feel most relaxed after having sex with my fiance while he held me but idk .. I am most relaxed in a few situations..
