And my response to your question is this: "Followers follow and Leaders Lead"...A follow is basically going to go with the system, not necessarily based on their on facts and opinions, but 9 times out of 10, they'll normally make their decision based off of another's AND without having full knowlege sometimes of what they're doing...sadly expecting others to follow them AS they follow. Leaders on the other hand (most of the time) stand by they decision, knowing that whatever point and/or direction that they've chosen to go in, whether people are down with it, agree or disagree with it via; something they done or said.....they're certain that's the BEST one.
