		<description>I don&#039;t fully agree with you on your closing comment. Yes, a great idea without proper execution is worthless, but great execution with even a mediocre idea is still very valuable.

As an example, think of stand-up comedy, you can give two people the same jokes/material which can be mediocre at best, the only difference is one person is Dan Rather and the other person happens to be Chris Rock. Who do you think will bring the jokes to life?? My bet is on Chris, why? because of his comic timing, his way with words, his body language...basically his approach and execution to the material/jokes.

I really believe that great execution alone, can still generate acceptable if not exceptional results.

Just my 2 cents. :)</description>
