		<description>To me this altercation relates the importance of acknowledging ones responsibility in a given situation. While the dogs actions were not within control of the woman, it was her responsibility because she was the catalyst that created the situation. Had the dog stayed in the car, or been on a leash, it would&#039;ve been all good.
